Who or what inspires you to cook?

My friends and family..especially my adult boys! It is the way I minister to my people! They prefer my cooking over their favorite restaurants. My youngest works in the food industry and he is constantly taking photos of meals I prepare and telling his co-workers and friends that nothing in the restaurant is as good as his Mom's food. That's the biggest blessing..that they love coming to my house to eat. We make every meal a big deal.. presentation based on the occasion.. special time together.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My boys love chicken so I prepare it many ways. Our new favorite (I served at Christmas) is an herb cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken breast with a white wine reduction cream and mushroom sauce. It was scrumptious!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am trying to get my catering business off the ground. I enjoy doing private dinner parties and small events. I would do some appliance upgrades to help accomplish this!!
