What's your all time favorite dish to make?Diver Scallops topped with lardons on a dollop of Pea Puree, a bed of micro greens served with balsamic.
What would you do with the $25,000?As a United States military veteran, I would love to use the money to start my food truck with my amazing wife in Cincinnati, Ohio Giving portions of my monthly proceeds to assist in veteran housing for homeless and less fortunate veterans.
