My mom- my mom taught me to cook When I was young. I loved watching her cook and feed such a large family. I further stoked my passions working in restaurants along side great chefs. My time as a chef at Disney further inspired me to cook - working food and wine events with chefs Cat Cora, Todd English, Rick Bayless, Allen Susser Scott Hunnel
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Pan seared Grouper or any fresh fish - A nice Beurre Blanc A creamy risotto with zelwood corn and braised Swiss chard
What would you do with the $25,000?I would first give some to my love of 35+ years my wife- then I would invest in my small business I am just starting
