I learned everything from my mom and grandma- and a few chefs along the way- from Jamie Oliver & Emeril Lagasse to Julia Child & Ina Garten... to Guy Fieri & Rachael Ray... all the way to Gordon Ramsay and Wolfgang Puck! What's your all time favorite dish to make?It's hard to pick just one! I love to bake & cook food from various cultures, but I think my favorite dish to make is a tie between chicken tortilla soup (with fresh tortillas & all the fixings), and chicken fettuccine alfredo (with fresh pasta & garlic bread)! It's easier for me to select a style or culture- I love to cook Italian food and Hispanic food!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to find a little local spot to open a cafe/coffee shop. I've even got the name and some menu items written down, with several items featuring my love for the lemon & blueberry flavor combination!
