My family - husband and son. My son motivates me to cook and bake as every day I am treated to little kisses of gratitude. My husband who is from Uganda inspires me to try new things. Everything I make him is a new and fun treat. Making him the simplest of meals is always fun as he has never tried them before and thinks everything I make is delicious. He had never had baked goods before me so I am always trying to find a new baked treat to surprise him with.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Salmon, Asparagus, roasted potatoes green salad with homemade hibiscus agua fresca.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest it into my business. Our family dream is to run a farm to table glamping locale. My husband grew up butchering any and all animals out of necessity and I grew up in the kitchen - so our desire is to have land where we can help others experience the rustic lifestyle of farm to table provision.
