What's your all time favorite dish to make?Chili is my absolute favorite thing to make. I love the way the different ingredients create a new pathway for your flavor profile. You can make it the same everytime or make drastic changes that offer new understandings of the possibilities.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely have to upgrade my kitchen but after that I would invest the money into my spice business.
