Honestly, the inspiration comes from so many things... events , parties, holidays, friends, family. It's funny, sometimes... I will see, even a commercial or a cooking show on TV and say, I can do that... and then, I will set off to the kitchen to give it a shot. Plus, sharing a home cooked meal with someone or more than one, is very intimate and special. So many positive things can happen around a table breaking bread with others.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I make these pork dumplings... that are a little time intensive, but I will make them for special occasions, my two sons love them and so has any friend or relative I have made these for. The dipping sauce I also make from scratch and it has about 14-15 different ingredients. The levels of flavor in the sauce makes these dumplings special.
What would you do with the $25,000?I was laid off this past year from a position I had for the past 13 years. So, a chance to win $25,000 would be greatly welcomed and couldn't come at a better time... However, I want to reach people through socials and do small private events and also share my food and cooking tips for novice's in the kitchen(You have to start somewhere) I would also use the money to purchase better equipment for shooting, said content.
