It all started with my Abuelita (Grandmother) growing up, watching her create simple yet delicious meals for our whole family, stayed with me all my life. I have always had a love for food, now as an adult, not only do I love to eat, but I love and have developed a passion for cooking. The satisfaction I get when someone enjoys a dish I created is one of the most fulfilling emotions and inspires me to keep cooking.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?So many to choose from - I love making my Boursin Cheese Pasta with Shrimp or Chicken.
What would you do with the $25,000?Being the winner and presented with $25,000 to start my dream! I would purchase a food truck and invest in top quality cookware, stainless steel knives, wooden cutting boards, top appliances, get my permits and licenses, invest in sign's & menu board, lastly buy quality food products to create memorable dishes to keep them coming back for more!
