Receive Text UpdatesFresh garden produce, local purveyors, and anything home or locally grown is what I'm about. I love turning those ingredients into something beautiful. What also inspires me are those picky eaters. I love making them change their mind and turning them on to new experiences and flavors.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?That's a hard question, probably a good classic sandwich, fresh bread and lots of sauce! Or anything braised, pork shoulder, short ribs, that's my comfort food. My absolute favorite though is Pasta, making lemon ricotta ravioli or pappardelle with a ragu sauce, takes the cake for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to use the money as a nest egg to propel myself into doing more private events and dinners with the hopes of having my own thing, from a restaurant to an event company one day.
