What's your all time favorite dish to make?Gumbo is one of my favorite dishes to make. There's something about the rich flavors and the blend of ingredients that makes it so comforting and satisfying. I love the process of slowly building flavors and each time I make it, it feels like I'm bringing a little bit of tradition and warmth to the table. Gumbo is definitely a dish that always bring people together.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to take of my beautiful wife and two children and further my culinary career. I'd make sure they're set with anything they need, as their support means the world to me. The rest of the money would go towards advancing my culinary journey. It's all about growing, learning and giving back to those who've always had my back
