What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don't really have a favorite meal to cook, I love to go off the wall and create something that you really can't get anywhere else, it's all about having a great team and im only as good as my team is. They help me to create the ideas in my head and execute a great plate with great food that looks amazing. So everything i create is my favorite dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well I after thinking about this i have changed my mind, I would donate my winnings to the local college with a great culinary program to get the next chefs a opportunity to be great!!!!!
