Who or what inspires you to cook?

My grandmother use to have people come hours away just to experience her dishes. I remember holidays when she would make me my own personal containers just for me !

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish of all time to make is Philly steak egg rolls, with my own spin. Because egg rolls were a great mystery to me as a child, I was amazed by the outer shell, so golden brown and delicate. My amazement of eggrolls and curiosity of how they were made inspired me to work towards perfecting them, and I am proud to say that I have mastered them

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would give my business the make-over it deserves. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get my business off the ground, and this is the push I need. I would also use a portion for developing my non-forprofit organization, L.I.F.E Learning It From Experience. L.I.F.E. will offer youths hands-on trade programs, financial literacy, business acumen, goal setting, and networking. L.I.F.E. will assist the youths in becoming self-sufficient and able to financially sustain themselves.
