I grew up and food was important in my household. My brother did the cooking and taught me the basics. I think I was eight years old. He was 14 years older than I was. He decided that we were going to have a pizza cook off competition. I literally had no idea what the heck I was doing, but what I do know, is that my pizza was eaten way before his. I can’t say I have one favorite dish to make. I love international cooking. I’m like the mad scientist. I never know what I’m going to make until I have all the ingredients laid in front of me and then I hope and pray that it comes out like magic.

Pay off my student loan. I just completed my associates in culinary arts with Auguste Escoffier. A clean cutting board would really help. I work really hard at everything that I do. I never seem to get the easy road lolI’m gonna do my best here, but even if I don’t make it very far that won’t stop me. I will continue to learn. I could really use some great guidance along the way.
