What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to me is called a King’s ransom. It’s poach, salmon and champagne with shallots, capers, and caviar served with grilled white asparagus, with a champagne infuse cream sauce with micro greens as garnish.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was to win $25,000 I would have my dream kitchen and then creating dishes that will make people smile. also take a trip to Belgium and maybe Thailand, but it definitely will be an eating experience.
