Who or what inspires you to cook?

My family has inspired me to cook each of my siblings at one time or another have own their own business and we have cheese stores restaurants, sub shops, so it’s in my blood

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all-time favorite dish to me is called a King’s ransom. It’s poach, salmon and champagne with shallots, capers, and caviar served with grilled white asparagus, with a champagne infuse cream sauce with micro greens as garnish.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I was to win $25,000 I would have my dream kitchen and then creating dishes that will make people smile. also take a trip to Belgium and maybe Thailand, but it definitely will be an eating experience.
