Who or what inspires you to cook?

My mom was a spectacular cook and I have always been inspired by her. Now that I have celiacs disease all my cooking has changed and I want to continue to cook like her only gluten free.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I have so many but my mom’s salmon potatoes are my favorite then her meatloaf, plus I love anything to do with potatoes. I’m a country raised girl.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Possibly start a gluten free business and show other people with celiacs that gluten free can be tasty and easy to live with.
