My mom was a spectacular cook and I have always been inspired by her. Now that I have celiacs disease all my cooking has changed and I want to continue to cook like her only gluten free.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have so many but my mom’s salmon potatoes are my favorite then her meatloaf, plus I love anything to do with potatoes. I’m a country raised girl.
What would you do with the $25,000?Possibly start a gluten free business and show other people with celiacs that gluten free can be tasty and easy to live with.
