What's your all time favorite dish to make?I make a robust spaghetti sauce that has ground beef, smoked sausage, green peppers, onion, black olives, mushrooms, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes. What would you do with the $25,000?Explorer my families heritage from Ireland, Scotland, and the rest of the UK. Also, explore the vast melting pot that is the United States. I want to increase my skills by taking some formal culinary class. I hunger for knowledge be that a new cookbook, Internet search or trying to cook something I've eaten before or see on TV. Ultimately I want to share my food with friends and family. So winning this prize will help me with my goals.
