Who or what inspires you to cook?

The incredible cooking skills of my grandma, and mother and the look in the eyes and face/smile of the people I cook for, be it family, friends or guests at my restaurant journey.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Roasted fredh branzino, braised lamb shanks and ekmek kataifi.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Take my beautiful wife and daughter of 4 to a culinary journey through Italy and Greece. My daughter Athena loves pasta, lamb, short rib and calamari.
