What's your all time favorite dish to make?This is a hard question. There are so many. People ask me this all the time. I will give you my top three that I absolutely love to cook. #3- Smoked spare ribs with my own special sauce I have coined Buffa-Q sauce #2- Mole Negro #1- Chicken and Andouille sausage Gumbo
What would you do with the $25,000?I have owned and operated my own Private chef and intimate catering business for three years. I would use the prize money to expand my business and attain the equipment and marketing necessary to make my expansion successful.
