My mother is my cooking inspiration it’s because of my mother I love to cook with so much passion. When I was a young child my mother owned a small restaurant and I was always in the kitchen and now I am a chef and love to invent new menu items.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?This is a hard question for me because I love so many dishes but I would have to say chicken Marcella along with freshly seasoned potatoes and risotto cooked In a chicken saffron broth. This would be one of my favorite . I’m a huge fan of Mexican dishes as well.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to start my own restaurant. This is my dream and to win this would be my dream come true.
