What's your all time favorite dish to make?I like to do my traditional central African dish called Ngundia. It is Jude cassava leaves with peanut butter, and it can be served with any kind of meat. I like to cook it with oxtail or goat meat. I also like to take on French Cuisine Classics because I'm also a French Citizen and I grew up in Paris.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to invest in a food truck.
