Connect Who or what inspires you to cook?

As a kid my parents always encouraged me to cook meals with them and to me it’s created a sense of family and comfort! Now I enjoy using the knowledge and creativity I’ve learned over the years to create lasting memories for my guests!!!

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

As a chef that’s such a hard question and one I’m asked all the time! For starters I love southern comfort food so fried chicken, biscuits and gravy and amazing soups! Whatever I make it needs to be elevated and amazing. I’m a sucker for the smoker and have been utilizing that as of late! I honestly just love to cook so my favorite dish would be whatever dish my guest would like to see on their menu! I love creating!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would spend the money growing my catering brand and creating a catering company so that I’m able to handle more and larger events giving me the opportunity to share my food, love and passion with even more future regulars to my brand!
