What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish to make is a vibrant vegetable stir-fry that bursts with colors and textures while keeping flavors light and refreshing. I love the process of quickly sautéing crisp, seasonal vegetables in just a touch of olive oil and a splash of low-sodium sauce, letting their natural taste shine through. Every plate is a celebration of nourishment.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win $25,000, I'd channel that investment into building an educational website that serves as a dynamic hub for interactive learning
