Growing up, I love to watch cooking shows a lot and Julia Childs was one of the few people that I remember being on TV once I became an adult I would try to create different foods that I would see on TV. I would say a lot of what happened in the early 2000s with the Food Network was a big inspiration as well. My biggest inspiration is the joy I see that people get in trying something that I’ve made.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite meal to make is Thanksgiving because I know how important it is to pull that in well together and the nostalgia that it brings smelling the different aroma’s seeing in my family looking forward to a particular dish whether it be butter beans, or brown rice or macaroni casserole Doing a Thanksgiving dinner is my all-time favorite meal to do
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to receive the $25,000 I would probably invest in a food truck that had a commercial kitchen so that when I have opportunities to make food for my friends, I’m in an environment that is ready for them in their request.
