My grandma, Mamie Louis, a southern woman from Georgia has been my soul inspiration. You can feel her love through the cooking that she’s taught me. I’ve also been inspired by Chef Carla…. We have similar stories and her style is one to be respected.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish of all times is Fried Catfish and Southern Grits, with a side of fried green tomatoes…. Good eating!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to be TV’s newest southern lifestyle Chef. Wining $25,000 would give me a chance to expand my brand and exposure to the whole world. I want to share this southern charm and love in a time we need it the most.
