Everything around me inspires me. I've drawn my greatest influences from my mother in law and my husband. He has been my greatest cheerleader throughout the years. He helps me push the boundaries of what I know and reel it back in when my ideas get a little to far out there.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Macaroni and cheese. It's the ultimate comfort dish for me. Add some sweet young peas and tuna, and I'm back in my mom's kitchen. Who doesn't love an ungodly amount of cheese mixed with noodles!?
What would you do with the $25,000?Finish out the food truck we purchased. It badly needs a paint job and I really need an oven and new fridge for it. Winning this competition will mean everything to me. Help us finish out Daisy!
