My family inspires me to cook, they are the reason I fell in love with cooking at a young age. Years later, I became a stay at home mom of 10 for 8 years and cooking 3 meals a day meant I had to be creative in the kitchen. That’s when I truly found my passion for cooking. Now they call me Chef Shellz! I have fed many people over the years with my love for cooking, my family & friends, my community and the less fortunate. Calling myself a chef was not in my plans but God’s plan!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have a few favorite dishes I make that everyone loves but, my #1 best to cook is my signature Rasta Pasta topped with Jerk chicken or shrimps in a rich creamy cheese sauce that can be mild or spicy for different taste palates. I can also get very creative with other toppings like, oxtails, salmon and even crabs. It’s just everyone’s favorite dish I love to make!
What would you do with the $25,000?If I received the 25k I would definitely invest it into my food business. I would also use some of it towards feeding the less fortunate. This will be a great opportunity for me to continue using my blessed hands and skills to create other opportunities for my family/friends and the community.
