My family inspires me to cook. Many people in my family have a passion for cooking. The food has always been the star of the show when we have a get together. When cooking, I always think about how my family would like this and also how I can bring that “love” to the public to make those people have the same feeling as family. I want my food to connect what I have as my background and my family to what they have and theirs.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Anything Cajun! Pastalaya is my most popular request but I love making rice dishes with different gravies, pasta dishes with a cajun flair, or just anything that jumps into my head at that moment.
What would you do with the $25,000?Use the money to put towards my youngest 2 daughters first cars so that they can be in something dependable when commuting to/from college. They are 16 and 17 so the college days start in a year from now for one and 2 years from now for the other. Or maybe a shiny new cook trailer and I’ll teach them what Uber is al about! Lol
