To cook and feed people is my love language, the response from what I create is a feeling unmatched for me. Growing up learning to appreciate every meal we was blessed with, to being able to create the meals and be a part of the blessing is what make me the happiest. Taste is the most universal experience.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Burgers! All kinds of burgers! But other cool stuff too. Brisket, oxtails, Butter chicken, full lamb roast, beef shanks, poutines, tacos, pastas, curries (Pakistani, Indian and Jamaican), find me on a bbq at the summer yard parties. viral creations and copycat recipes. you name it I’ll make it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Im a new migrant to Canada since Covid had me stuck here with no travel back to England, since then I have a son, just turning one years old. I’d love to use the 25,000 to set up a small food truck business with some of my signature dishes. Put some money into a trust for my son when he turns 18. A grill scrubber or 2. Maybe take the wife to Jamaica 🤷🏽♂️
