Receive Text UpdatesMy Mother and my cousin inspired me in my cooking journey. I didn’t have the confidence of being a chef nor the experience . But they knew the flavors of my foods were good. My grandparents owned a farm. As a young girl Growing up it was bestowed in us to be in the kitchen with the woman of our family. Studying their cooking techniques within our culture. They are who inspire me to become the best chef I can be!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Everything! Southern soul food is most definitely my passion. But I always want to challenge myself. I love connecting with other chefs and learning new techniques, presentations and culture flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a restaurant in remembrance of the woman who encourage and motivated me into my culinary journey in becoming a professional chef.
