Who or what inspires you to cook?

My Family and Friends. We are weekend warriors and always ready to eat good on the time we have together outside of our busy week.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Fajitas (carne asada) with avocado and pico de Gallo and my famous chargrilled salsa. I also make some awesome borracho beans.

What would you do with the $25,000?

It would help my wife and I financially. With these hard times and egg prices $25,000 would help out tremendously. I would also give back to the community and make lunch packs to feed the homeless here in the DFW area. I would like to show my kids and family the benefits of helping the community and your soul by helping others. Feels great doing great things for other.
