Who or what inspires you to cook?

Cooking is essentially a never-ending quest of satisfying my creative outlet. It is not only what keeps me grounded and sane, but also something that brings me the most joy in life, in sharing my passion with others and making them smile with something I created.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all time favorite would have to be pasta. Any FRESH pasta dish to be exact. If I had to pick just one, it would be my creamy cacio e pepe with smoked black peppercorns, caramelized onions, everything bagel seasoning and zitoni pasta. It not only has that WOW factor of being such an unexpected twist on a classic, but also packs huge flavor.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the money into my restaurant for newer equipment that would help me work more magic, as well as allow us to start hosting classes to share the art and joy of cooking with as many people as possible.
