Who or what inspires you to cook?

My family and my heritage inspires me to cook. I’ve found the cooking for the ones you love is the easiest way to show them gratitude for everything they do for you.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Being from New Jersey, and being an avid outdoorsmen, I like to make dishes that mix east coast Italian American with wild game. I love to make Venison Sausage and Broccoli Rabe over fresh pasta.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve always wanted to have a small “grab and go” style cheese steak shop on the Jersey shore, so the money would go towards funding that dream.
