What's your all time favorite dish to make?Being from New Jersey, and being an avid outdoorsmen, I like to make dishes that mix east coast Italian American with wild game. I love to make Venison Sausage and Broccoli Rabe over fresh pasta.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve always wanted to have a small “grab and go” style cheese steak shop on the Jersey shore, so the money would go towards funding that dream.
