What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish is Gumbo obviously with some cajun kick to it. I flew to New Orleans to eat some original NOLA style Gumbo just so I can return home to duplicate the taste!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use part of the winning to upgrade my kitchen and the other part to COOK & have a FANCY super smorgasbord style fancy formal dinner for family & friends treating them to the meal of their lives with me as CHEF!!!
