Receive Text UpdatesI'm all about good, tasty food that's also nutritious. When I first became a mom, it was tough finding nutritious meals because I was always working. So I started my company to help busy people get easy access to balanced meals whenever they want.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making any type of soup dish. Whether it's pho or chicken 'n dumplings, I love how the use of a good slow simmered broth and fresh vegetables can make a complete meal. I also love how you can use left over produce and protein to create a whole new dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to buy equipment to teach cooking classes to those who don't have access to fresh and seasonal ingredients. I would also teach about nutrition and easy recipes for weekly meal prep.
