Today, I’m inspired by the joy of gathering, the rhythm of cooking, and the power of food to heal and celebrate. I honor her legacy by showing others how to make their kitchens a place of warmth, creativity, and community.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Nothing compares to the soul-satisfying joy of making homemade pasta. It's a ritual—a dance of dough, sauce, and soul. My favorite is a slow-simmered lasagna layered with love, rich memories, and the bold flavors of my roots. It's a dish that turns a table into a celebration and reminds me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd invest in a business to create immersive, in-person, and digital culinary workshops to help others feel empowered, inspired, and excited in their kitchens. I'd expand into a movement to celebrate the art of intentional cooking and joyful hosting. With better tools, space, and resources, I'd amplify my mission: helping people savor nourishing food one bite at a time while giving back to the community and teaching children how to enjoy and cook responsibly with farm-to-table food.
