Who or what inspires you to cook?

I live in Santa Fe, the oldest Capital city in the US and home to some of the most amazing food in the country! I’m inspired by the history and culture of this magical place, a long with some James Beard award-winning chefs that bless this city with their talents.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite foods to make are anything that brings comfort and joy to those eating it. I love bold flavors and spice! Especially living where green chile is king! Mix in some southern flair from my Texas roots and I can usually come up with a winning combination for your taste buds.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win the $25,000 I would use it to open a business in Santa Fe where I could share my love of food with my community.
