My upbringing in San Francisco along with my boyfriend, Brandon, who is an avid hunter and fisherman are large driving forces in the kitchen for me. I love creating culturally diverse recipes with the wild fish and game that I am fortunate to have access to.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making my food from scratch whether it be pastas, breads, sauces or even butter. It always brings me joy to prepare food that I pour love and care in to every step of the way.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take the opportunity to launch my catering business.
