What's your all time favorite dish to make?Mac and cheese. From the process of making cheese sauce from a roux to its versatility as an end product. It can stand alone or be a base for bbq (or any protein really). It can also be adapted for dietary restrictions so everyone can enjoy.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open my food truck Sammy’s Smoke Haus. I want to bring good food to my community and be able to put on mobile catering events.
