Who or what inspires you to cook?

My Father was a Huge inspiration bringing to cook with him to cater parties at a Nursing home and family functions. Also my Nanny who always had a Sunday sauce going all day when we were there

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Seafood Rollatinni- It is lightly fried Eggplant filled with fresh crabmeat stuffing , rolled up sautéed in a pink cream sauce with a little lobster stock and sautéed shrimp over linguini๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

What would you do with the $25,000?

Book a trip to Italy and do an internship with Authentic Italian food in Sicily where my Grandparents were from
