What's your all time favorite dish to make?Seafood Rollatinni- It is lightly fried Eggplant filled with fresh crabmeat stuffing , rolled up sautéed in a pink cream sauce with a little lobster stock and sautéed shrimp over linguini๐๐๐๐๐
