What's your all time favorite dish to make?Paella. I was the paella guy at toro NYC (shout out Jamie bissonette) for a year and paella occupies a very special place in my heart. Plus I’m very good at it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay down debt, buy a car. I have a son who has profound special needs and a lot of the money would go to him and my ex wife. I just got out of a bad relationship and I need to find a place and line cooking isn’t cutting it.
