What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to make “Bob’s Kabobs.” Bob was what we called my dad—Boba, which means dad in Farsi. Kabobs are what bring everyone together, from lighting the charcoal to skewering the meat. The traditional steps fill me with so much joy. There’s something special about the process, the smell of the fire, and the laughter shared around the grill. It’s more than just a dish—it’s a ritual, a memory, and a way to keep my dad’s spirit alive in every bit
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into my business and supper club to spread the joy of food with as many people as possible. Creating unforgettable dining experiences, supporting up-and-coming chefs, and building a space where people can connect over incredible meals is what drives me. This investment would help refine operations, expand offerings, and bring more people into the world of Bae Salamati, where food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience, a memory, and a celebration
