Cooking allows me to express myself. I love to be able to create something and give back to others. I love the challenge of new and different techniques. As i work on new dishes, it is a way for me to relax, escape and focus on the details at hand. Ultimately cooking is my way to express my love for others and be able to escape the everyday worries of life.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?That is interesting question. It's like asking an architect what their favorite structure style is... Or asking a brewery what their favorite beer is... it always varies. What is fresh at the moment. What do you have access to. What do my guests enjoy eating the most. But to be specific, I like the challenge of cooking with fire, whether that's smoking meats, or baking bread. Currently, I am on the Carnivore diet so I like breaking down big primal cuts of meat and cooking them in different ways.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help out my church, and then start a restaurant/kitchen consulting business, helping restaurants that are in need of direction and assistance.
