The people in my life… I lived with Sean Sherman from Owamni for a few months in Montana, he taught me so much about traveling, how food travels and brings us together. My mom always said to try everything once. She would always try new recipes and would always encourage me to help in the kitchen.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It’s a classic and basic dish: Fettuccine Alfredo with home made pasta, heavy cream, butter, Parmesan and a crack of pepper. There’s something about homemade noodles, diving into a fresh wedge of parm. I also love pizza and the game “does it pizza”… the answer when done thoughtfully is almost always yes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Finish my 1960 Metro International delivery van that I’m converting into a pizza truck named Two Poodles Pizza… named after my two poodles Angelo & Frankie.
