Who or what inspires you to cook?

My grandmother was an incredible cook and I learned to cook from her at a young age. Now the nostalgic dishes she used to cook for me and her grace and effortlessness in the kitchen are what inspire me to cook.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all time favorite dish to make is simple chicken curry with freshly ground spices. It's light, wholesome and comforting. I serve it with some warm plain rice with a dollop of ghee. Absolutely divine!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'd create an interactive online platform where food lovers worldwide can join live cooking sessions, exchange family recipes, and learn authentic techniques passed down through generations. I envision virtual cooking retreats where participants cook alongside me, exploring regional Indian cuisines many have never experienced. Food has always been my way of connecting people, and this prize would help me build bridges across cultures through the universal language of delicious food.
