Receive Text UpdatesMy Mother and Father inspired and taught me their favorite Fiji dishes with Indian flair. They inspired me to cook curries and create fusions with Latin, Californian Farm to Table and Italian cuisines. I grew up watching Jacques Pepin, obsessed with Anthony Bourdain, and Bobby Flay! One of my all time favorite Chef's is Thomas Keller, I admire everything he has done for Californian and French Culinary experiences in the U.S. I love cooking while keeping health aligned with food and wellness.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Crab and Cassava curry- served with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give a portion to immigration rights charity. The remainder would be used to become a sommelier and open and Indian tapas and international wine bar.
