My whole essence wants to contribute to my community or to those in need and being an artisan has allowed full consciousness to give that love, through food. To create a consciously curated menu for others to enjoy, fulfills my desire to do just that. I am fully present when I cook, every detail matters and is a beautiful component to the whole dish. In every culture, food that is given strengthens faith. I LOVE that. ❤️
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is Creamy Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast. I start with tender chicken breast, lovingly filled with a rich homemade creamy pesto. I enhance it with caramelized onions and mushrooms, all simmered in a fragrant white wine and thyme reduction. On the side, I serve vibrant roasted carrots drizzled with spring mint pesto and sprinkled with toasted almonds, alongside creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes. 🤤
What would you do with the $25,000?After a challenging period, I’m focusing on creating a stable future for my daughter and I. My strength came, along with my community to help me start a cottage law bakery, Happily Baked. My hopes is to generate enough orders/ go viral for a steady income. The 25,000 would go towards making my dream happen! I could afford to buy in bulk, get the equipment so I can take more orders, and not damage my hands. This would feel like divine intervention. 🙏
