I have not always had an easy life and with the guidance of chef Garrett in the kitchen and outside I have become a better person and chef. Following ideals of great chefs and having a set goal has also pushed me to better my self as a chef.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite would be lasagna. This was one of the first dishes I ever made in middle school, being able to taste the hard work of making it fresh at the end of the day was one of my most important food memories. This was kinda the point where it all clicked.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help me begin a small tasting menu based off product curated from a small farm ran by the restaurant and work with other local farms.
