Receive Text UpdatesMy grandmother was an amazing cook and I grew up learning from her. My grandfather and his best friends loved food and were always eager to try new cuisines and dishes. Cooking makes me feel the closest to them, it’s a way to remember them and one of the ways I try to honour their contributions to my life.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?That’s hard to answer because it depends on my mood! But probably a toss up between braised short ribs with mashed potatoes or steak frites with caesar salad and French onion soup. Though a BBQ brisket is also up there.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would either invest it in a restaurant or invest in my daughter’s education.
