Receive Text UpdatesI've been inspired to cook since the age 7...grew up in the south and love the sense of community that surrounds gatherings and meals...it is a culture to share. I have owned my own restaurants in Charleston sc..an incredible food town and was driven to always be at my best. The last meal served late at night was the most important. The world of food provides never ending opportunitys to learn and grow!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have been in a professional kitchen for over 40 years so it's difficult to pick favorite. I would say any and all fresh seafood...from casseroles to pan seared and or char grilled. My next pick slow and low meat smoking BBQ. When doing banquets I love to poach and decorate whole salmon...let's not forget carving a beautiful steamship round.
