Who or what inspires you to cook?

I grew up in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother. With them both gone now it’s like they’re with me every time I cook.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My salmon with risotto is my favorite dish to make. The risotto is flavored with lemon grass and ginger water, with fresh summer squash, red bell, sweet onion, pan seared salmon topped with beurre blanc. So delicious.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 this will allow me to freedom to grow my brand The Naked Lemon Meal Prep to bring the community healthy, sustainable meals. I’m working with the local farmers for sourcing product that’s without the garbage that is in most foods consumed daily.
